      <description>&lt;p&gt;Haha, I love how people start really paying attention to a sports team once they finally start doing well. I know I&#8217;m guilty of it. I&#8217;ve been trying to keep up with the World Cup standings for the first time in my life, hoping that the US will advance (I also did much the same when the OKC Thunder basketball team hit the NBA playoffs).&lt;br /&gt;
So what about the other Americans here? Have you guys started to join the rest of the world and watch soccer?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;P.S. &#45; To the Europeans, it&#8217;s okay for us to call it soccer. The sport was originally called &#8220;association football&#8221; (hence FIFA &#45; Fédération Internationale de Football Association). We decided to shorten it by abbreviating the &#8220;association&#8221; and you guys shortened it by just calling it &#8220;football.&#8221; I don&#8217;t know how many forum threads I&#8217;ve seen on other sites where the Europeans berate the Americans for call it soccer.

      <description>&lt;p&gt;So E3 has already been going on for a day and a half. Have you guys seen anything that really interested you?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#8217;m really into this potential new Star Wars game called Star Wars: The Old Republic game. Rage made by idSoftware and Bethesda looks EXTREMELY cool. I&#8217;m always down for some FPS made by those two developers. Crysis 2 looked meh to me, anyone else agree? I don&#8217;t like the New York setting. Crysis 1&#8217;s island setting was beautiful and I don&#8217;t know if New York can match that. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anyone want the new 360? I&#8217;m not a console guy (other than the Wii I own) so I won&#8217;t mess with it.
