Wii Zapper with Crossbow Training dated for Europe

Tuesday 30th October

The European release date for the Wii Zapper, packaged with Zelda spin-off, has just been announced as December 7th, a few weeks after the US date of November 19th, but in time for watching your grandfather awkwardly try to play the game on the 25th of December. It will retail for an affordable £20, or €30, depending on whether or not you live in the UK. Professional impressions seem to be positive, so it may well be worth picking up if you’re a fan of A) Zelda, B) Lightgun games, or C) Both.

Phantom Hourglass European release date announced!

Tuesday 28th August

After their announcement that Super Smash Brothers: Brawl, a game which would require very little translation, would be delayed to 2008 in Europe, Nintendo of Europe proved today that they are not fully incompetent at releasing games. The European release date of the hotly anticipated Wind Waker sequel, The Phantom Hourglass, was announced today as October 19th, only a few weeks after the American release. So Europeans, mark your calendars, and try to resist importing for eighteen days!
