Music | Piano to Ocarina Note Conversion

Overview

We've only listed a select number of piano notes because these are the only ones that can be played on Link's Ocarina in either Ocarina of Time of Majora's Mask. It is possible to play these notes with different combinations, but these are the simplest!

The ocarina staff is the same as a piano staff, only its missing the top line. The ocarina notes in Zelda are in the same place as their piano counterparts.

Note Modifiers

When you're playing a note, moving the analogue stick up or down will raise or lower its tone.
When you're playing a note, the R button will raise it one semi-tone, ie a C will become a C#
The Z button will lower a note one semi-tone, ie a D will become a Db.
